Nagpur: IMA Nagpur is celebrating platinum jubilee year this year. It conducts scores of academic as well social activates every calendar year. NIMACON is the biggest three days conference conducted by IMA every year. NIMACON-2022 was conducted from October 14 to 16. Inauguration ceremony of this conference was done on October 15 in a grand function at Kanha Celebration.
Ashish Deshmukh, Working President of Vidya Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Academy of Higher Education, Nagpur was the chief and Dr. Ashok Adhao, Patron, IMA MS of guest of honor. Programme started by lighting the traditional lamp. Dr. Prakash Deo, President IMA MS and Dr. Rajesh Sawarbandhe, Chairman Organizing Committee NIMACON welcomed the audience.
Dr. Y.S. Deshpande, Past President IMA MS informed the audience regarding prestigious Dr. Wankar award given by IMA Nagpur every year. Dr. Madan Kapre, Eminent ENT surgeon of city was awarded prestigious Dr. Wankar award this year. A booklet about Dr. Wankar award was also released by the dignitaries.
IMAtter, quarterly magazine published by IMA Nagpur was also released by dignitaries on this occasion Dr. Manisha Shembekar, Dr. Shivangi Jahagirdar, Dr. Sushma Thakare, Dr. Hemangi Abhyankar, Dr. Ragini Mandlik were present on this occasion.
Dr. Ashok Adaho, Patron, IMA MS addressed the audience and appreciated the hard work done by organizing committee NIMACON-22.
The Chief Guest Ashish Deshmukh congratulated IMA Nagpur for organizing a successful conference and reiterated support to IMA Nagpur in all academic and social activities.

The function was attended by Dr. Ajay Deshpande, Vice President IMA and Organizing Secretary NIMACON-22 Dr. Kush Jhunjhunwala, Chairman scientific committee NIMACON-22, Dr. Aniruddha Deoke, the Treasurer, IMA, Dr. Vandana Kate, President Elect, Dr. Milind Naik, Past President IMA MS, Dr. Sanjay Deshpande and many past president and senior IMA members and their family members and deligates of NIAMCON-2022.
