Nagpur: Three anti-social elements attempted to kill a 39-year-old man with a razor and others harpedged weapons over some old enmity in Jaripatka area Sunday night. With deep abdominal injuries, Daniel Pradeep Manmode is now battling for his life in Mayo Hospital.
A resident of Christian Colony, Mecosabag, Manmode and one of his relatives had gone to Jaripatka bazaar to eat noodles. Near public toilet, three goons, including one Shiba Machse alias Maske,had an alte rcation with Manmode.
Shibaand his accomplices attacked Manmode with a razor and other weapons injuring him seriously.
Manmode was rushed to Mayo Hospital. On the basis of a complaint lodged by Nitesh Yuwraj Mogre (29), Jaripatka Police registered an offence under Sections 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code against Shiba and others and launched a manhunt for the accused goons
